Step-by-Step Operation Instructions (Usage Method)

1. Pre-operation Sterilization
Place the teat needle into autoclave for high-temperature steam sterilization; fully clean and disinfect the cow's teat surface with veterinary disinfectant before treatment.
2. Assemble with Syringe
Twist the copper luer lock hub tightly onto your luer-type veterinary syringe, draw the required udder flushing liquid or therapeutic medicine into the syringe, and remove residual air inside the tube.
3. Gentle Insertion
Slowly insert the smooth side-hole cannula into the cow teat duct vertically, do not force penetration to avoid tearing teat tissue. Adjust insertion depth according to cow age and teat size.
4. Medicine Infusion / Udder Flushing
Push the syringe plunger evenly to deliver liquid medicine into the udder cavity; for blocked milk ducts, repeatedly push and draw liquid to flush out pus and blockages inside the teat.
5. Post-use Treatment
After finishing infusion, pull out the needle gently; rinse all residual medicine inside the stainless steel tube with clean water, then sterilize and store the needle in dry plastic box for next reuse.

1. Goods are delivered non-sterile. Complete high-pressure steam autoclave sterilization before each use to avoid cross infection of cow udders.
2. Select proper size according to cow age: 2.0×80mm for young heifers, 2.5×100mm for adult dairy cows with thicker teat ducts.
3. Stop using immediately if tube bends or side hole has burrs, to prevent teat tissue laceration and mastitis aggravation.
4. Clean residual medicine inside tube after each operation to avoid blockage and bacterial breeding.
5. Never insert the needle violently during operation to prevent permanent teat damage.
